Weekend 28th & 29th May – “The Journey”. Walk with Me – Walk for You
Come and join an amazing weekend at the South Burnett Trail walks. You have the choice of 6km, 12.9 or 23km walk.
Saturday 28th May – Goal Setting, Word for the Day then kick off for walk.

ART – Creativity
The power of working through art and creativity to move you into perfect energy alignment to your goals the easy way.
9.00 am – Kick off with Buddha Walking and MINDFIT Meditation and Breathing exercise
ART – Creative class “The Journey” to your goals.
I will be teaching you the power of working with art, creativity, colour, colour combinations and symbolisation.
Eg – pink and white connects you to the energy of your aims and ideas coming to fruition
The elephant is the remover of obstacles
The snake helps you to let go of the old so you can move to the new
- Bring your lunch
- Morning tea provided
- Paints and general brushes provided. Bring the canvas or rocks you wish to paint.
- You will also need a round brush for neat work.
