Walking is one of the most powerful ways to train your brain.  It is easy, you can walk by yourself, you can walk with a friend, you can walk in a group. You can even walk with me.

You can kick off with just a 1km.  That can move to 3km then 5km then where ever you want to take it.  The benefits are amazing.


The health benefits of walking are proven.  They are great in creating a healthy mindset to create changes in your life.

Juice Move and Groove

Juice Move and Groove is an awesome 27 Day Programme to kick off your new mind, body and movement to the new.  Great if you are stuck in life, need a change in life or you suffer from depression, anxiety, doubt and confusion.

When you kick off to the programme you also get to join my club and free membership to Monday MINDFIT Power.

 Monday MINDFIT Power meets every Monday online at 7.30pm where we discuss the energy of the month and week.  

We meditate and I teach you breathing MINDFIT power exercies for focus, depression, anxiety or clarity.

I answer questions help you with your energy numbers, codes.  We have mind body exercises for the week or month.  We also have challenges to help you push through blocks.

You have access to a private facebook group to chat and learn heaps of Brain Training tips.  There are new meditations to learn and work with each month along with mind body exercises.

2022 Finchley Walking Challenge

Each year we have a major challenge to work towards.  2022 we will walk the Finchley Track.  A super 54 km walk up a great mountain with lots of ups and downs all the way.

Finchley is a powerful energy place that I love to visit.  I learnt when I first visited Wollombi that this sacred meeting place was where aboriginals would come virtually when they had completed their journey of learning.  There is an awesome site where I can show you the markings and you can find answers that touch your soul and spirit.

We kick off our walk on the Saturday finishing late.  Sunday morning we watch a sunrise and have a campfire breakfast with the burning of eucaptylus leaves to finalise our cleansing and our new connection to the outside world.  You will feel amazing, you will have that feeling of freedom.  You will have a feeling of release from the past.

If you cannot make the full 54km there is a 27 km challenge for you.


Saturday 6th August at 5.00am.  Early start

Sunday we go back to Finchley for breakfast and to celebrate the journey.  We do a eucaptylus cleansing to be prepared for the new journey and doors ahead.

The Journey – Walk with me – Walk for You

There comes a time in life when you have to make the decision to live, love, laugh and collect your entitlement to this life.

You only have a certain time here on earth.  When you keep giving the tanks will run dry.  When the mind does not have a soul connection your allow your mind to go to places it does not want to go to or you allow your mind to shut down and get confused and mixed up.

Come and join in my amazing weekend bootcamps.  We walk, we talk, we connect and best of all we create the new for you.

You leave feeling amazing.  Best of all you leave with a plan.

On the Saturday we focus on the mind, walking, connecting and learning about ourselves, our brain codes (through your numbers).

The walks are designed to cater for everyone from short 5 km walks to 12.9km to 24 km.

On occassions we have longer walks to give you a challenge to push through to.

You can book your own accommodation or you can share a cabin or bring a tent.  Give us a call and we will sort out what works for you and your budget.

You can either attend one of our organised weekends or you can call and we will organise something special for your family, group or team.

Weekend Coming Up

Saturday & Sunday 28th & 29th May.

Saturday 28th 

You have the choice of 6 km, 12.9 or 23km Walk.

We meet at  7.00am Saturday work out our Mind and Words for the walk to win in life.

8.00 the 23 km walkers kick off to meet the 12.9 walkers in Murgon who then join as a team and meet the 6km walkers half way to Wondai.

At Wondai we have lunch and work on goals, codes and action steps for the future.

Sunday 29th

ART – Creativity to Open the Mind to infinite possibilities.  We move out of the how and into the now and ‘The Journey” to the new.

ART and creativity open the sacral chakra and the mind to infinite possibilites.

This weekend you have the choice of several art pieces from Kindness stones to sketching to a Canvas to hang at home.  We always leave the choice to you.

After the weekend you will have a 27 day programme to follow to keep on track to your goals.


You can join for one day or both

Saturday:  Walk, Goal Setting and Action plan $145.00

Sunday – ART and Creative Class is $145.00

If you choose to book for both days $270.00

Accommodation and meals are organised by each participant individuality.

Walk with Me in May

New Farm – Brisbane

For the month of May we will be meting at 7.00am at New Farm.  After the walk we will go to the Alachemy Coffee Shop for chat, codes and action steps.

We kick off with Buddha Walking then a 5 km walk.

We will be working with the colour orange.

As usual we will have Brain Training with movement and words.

Remember to bring your drink bottle.

Members just turn up

Non members not sure if this works for you simply join in and pay on the day which is $27.00

A brilliant way to keep on track to your goals.

Weekend Get Aways

Distance walking is great.  

Each month we have a weekend get away for distance walking, connecting and creating what you want in your life.

To cater for everyone you have the choice or short, medium or long.

The short distance is 8km medium 12.9 r distance 23 km.

Young people are welcome to come with a parent.

Saturday we walk, talk, connect and set goals

Sunday we do Buddha Walking, Reversing, Figure 8s and then Creativity and ART.

The Saturday walks are free to members.

Sunday Designer Walks with ART and Creativity are $145.00

Accommodation is organised by participants themselves.  We are here to help and advise.

Meals are organised by the participants.

ART supplies – a list is given when you join for the weekend of what is supplied and what you need to bring.





Working as a Team

When I train individuals to either learn energy alignment for themselves or for clients and build as a business – they become part of my team.

When you work as a team there is no mountain you cannot climb, no river you cannot cross.

Team support when you feel you can’t make it.  Team celebration when you have made it.

Team inspiration and motivation when the person in front is pushing through.  You see then and then you know you can do it too.
